Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform dynamic pest control, TAP insulation installation, and related exclusion services. You will interact with customers, conduct inspections, and support light construction/repairs as needed.

The role requires safe handling of PPE, ability to work indoors and outdoors, and willingness to learn through ongoing training. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo MVDR check; company vehicle and gas card provided.
• Flexible schedule including Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills for internal/external settings.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, including termite systems.
• Efficient TAP insulation installation and site preparation/cleanup.
• Assist with light construction, minor repairs, and pest-damage related tasks.
• Communicate service details and guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services, wildlife removal, and safe protocol adherence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in trainings.
