Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, exclusion work, TAP insulation installation and related construction tasks. The role combines field service with customer interaction and requires on-site presence in local communities.

You will conduct inspections, install and maintain systems, and follow safety protocols. Training is provided; many benefits begin on day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation as needed.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Explain services and pest control measures to customers.
• Follow safety protocols and operate exclusion devices and wildlife removal.
