Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will inspect, treat, and install exclusion systems for residential and commercial clients while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem-solving, and adherence to updated industry regulations. Successful candidates demonstrate physical stamina and willingness to work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — follow product label instructions for mixing.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work around animals, insects and termites.
• Set up exclusion traps and build forms hardware cloth to specifications.
• Install TAP insulation and perform termite control systems.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide guidance.
• Operate PPE and safety protocols; follow safety rules on site.
