Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will inspect, treat, and secure properties to protect customers from pests in residential and commercial settings.

You will engage with clients, explain service options, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Training is provided, with full-time scheduling and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver's license from resident state
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients
• TAP insulation installation and site preparation/cleanup
• Assist with light construction and minor repair related to pest damage
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and provide pest control guidance
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols
• Maintain production forms and safety practices on site
