Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks at residential and commercial sites. The role requires inspections, customer interaction, and safe service delivery across multiple communities.

You will join a team that emphasizes safety, on-site work, and ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
• Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, and divide; follow product labels instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: conduct inspections, perform pest control services, install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation: install TAP insulation and ensure quality service.
• Construction and repair: assist with minor construction projects related to pest damage
• Customer interaction: explain services, ensure satisfaction, provide pest control guidance
• Service delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, follow safety protocols
• Continuous learning: stay updated on industry trends and participate in trainings
