Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform integrated pest control, insulation installation, and light construction. You will inspect, treat, install TAP insulation, and set up exclusion devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, including termite control systems
• TAP insulation installation with focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist with light construction projects and repairs related to pest damage
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and guidance on pest control measures
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal while following safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance skills
