Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a field-based Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial properties, greet customers, and perform pest control applications. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

You will work outdoors in various weather, in crawl spaces and tight areas, and you will be responsible for upselling services while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work Monday through Saturday; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform pest control services per Go-Forth standards.
• Upsell available services and add-ons to customers.
• Operate a company vehicle and travel between client sites daily.
• Document service details in the CRM system accurately.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE compliance.
