Go-Forth Pest Control in Virginia seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician with a focus on sales and customer service. You will work outdoors in varied conditions, perform pest control treatments, and upsell services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests according to procedures.
• Remove webs and apply granules around property perimeter.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label and state regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance practices.
• Quote customers for termite prevention and active termite services when detected.
• Request customer service reviews from satisfied customers.
• Operate in a defined territory, completing multiple services daily (14–20 locations).
• Document service details in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle between locations and comply with traffic laws.
