Go-Forth Pest Control in Texas is seeking a hardworking outdoor service professional with sales responsibilities. You will crawl through crawlspaces, work in all weather, and upsell services while building client rapport. Training is provided; no prior pest control experience required.

Expect long hours and a strong drive to grow personally and professionally. Responsibilities span service delivery across assigned territories, vehicle operation, safety compliance, and CRM record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests following all Go-Forth and state-required procedures.
• Remove webs from premises; apply granules around the perimeter of the property.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals in compliance with label instructions and applicable state regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and proper home maintenance practices.
• Quote customers for termite prevention services and active termite services when termite activity is detected.
• Request customer service reviews from satisfied customers.
• Work within an assigned territory, completing multiple services per day (typically 14–20 locations).
• Document all service details accurately in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily, adhering to all traffic laws, Go-Forth vehicle use policies, and applicable state regulations.
