Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Virginia seeks a field service technician to service residential and commercial properties, greet customers, upsell services, and uphold safety protocols. You’ll work outdoors, crawl spaces, attics, and sometimes under houses, in all weather, with training provided.

Must be reliable, with strong communication and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service following company standards.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests as trained.
• Remove webs and apply treatments around property per guidelines.
• Communicate prevention strategies to customers and upsell services.
• Operate a company vehicle and travel to multiple locations daily.
• Document service details accurately in CRM.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional services.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols with chemicals.
