Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control seeks a field-service professional to deliver pest control treatments outdoors at residential and commercial properties. You will build rapport with clients, operate in challenging environments, and drive additional service sales through add-ons and upsells.

The role requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to relocate to service areas are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean MVR.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No prior pest control experience required—in-house training provided.
• State pesticide applicator license will be required upon or shortly after hire (company-supported).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct pest control following company standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and add-ons.
• Work in an assigned territory, servicing 1410 20 locations daily.
• Document service details in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle and comply with safety and traffic regulations.
