Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a hands-on, sales‑oriented service technician based in Fredericksburg, VA. The role blends field service with active selling of pest control add‑ons, requiring comfort outdoors in varied conditions and the ability to work independently or with a team.

No prior pest control experience is required as in‑house training is provided. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to obtain a pesticide license are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required—full in-house training provided.
• State pesticide applicator license will be required upon or shortly after hire (company-supported).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+ to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Apply pest control treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Sell additional services and upsell treatments, including D2D prospecting.
• Document service details in the CRM system.
• Operate a company vehicle and travel between locations daily.
