Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a rugged, motivated field technician to perform pest control services outdoors at residential and commercial properties. You will crawl through tight spaces, handle chemicals safely, and provide excellent customer service while upselling additional treatments.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, meeting Go-Forth safety standards, and maintaining a strong work ethic with long hours in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service per company standards.
• Remove webs, apply pest control treatments, and educate customers on prevention.
• Sales: upsell services and add-ons; conduct D2D prospecting within assigned territory.
• Document service details in CRM and maintain accurate records.
