Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Fort Mill, SC seeks a driven service-and-sales professional to join our field team. You’ll work outdoors, inspect homes, and perform pest-control treatments while building rapport with customers and identifying upsell opportunities.

Ideal candidates thrive in challenging environments, stay self-motivated, and commit to daily fieldwork with occasional Saturdays. Full training is provided; a valid driver’s license is required and safety protocols are followed on every job.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical demanding tasks.
• Willing to work Monday through Saturday with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers while following company standards.
• Inspect properties and apply pest control treatments per safety rules.
• Go to multiple service locations daily within assigned territory.
• Upsell additional services and educate customers on prevention.
• Document service details in CRM.
• Drive company vehicle according to policies.
