Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret PV system drawings from roof to meter.
• Experience working in solar or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage warranty and service schedules.
• Coordinate labor resources with foreman and manager.
• Assist training of Field Service Technicians.
• Lead meetings to align field service teams.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Meet or exceed field performance KPIs.
