Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work, coordinating with the Branch Manager, Electrical Foreman, and centralized scheduling team. The role emphasizes independent work within a performance O&M team to deliver high-quality solar service.

You will travel 100% and collaborate across crews, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting onboarding and training of new team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Electrical Journeyman license preferred; may be required by state.
• PV design experience preferred; PV installation knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training of Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train local field service team.
