Diverse Staffing is seeking a Director of Field Sales Performance & Coaching to lead coaching, field execution, and sales performance improvement across multiple markets. This senior leader reports to Ownership and Executive Leadership, guiding teams to win in competitive markets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven ability to coach field sales professionals and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field coaching, ride-alongs, and customer engagements to improve close rates.
• Develop coaching plans and onboarding programs for new sales professionals and leaders.
• Drive pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and attainment across markets.
