Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Partner, Field to partner with our field organization across markets and stores from Brooklyn/ NYC.

This hands-on HR role blends strategy with execution, focusing on hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and talent development in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Based in NYC with regular travel, you will work closely with General Managers, Shift Leads, and Operations Managers to strengthen teams, improve retention, and ensure

Qualifications

4+ years of HR or People Ops experience supporting frontline, hourly, or field-based teams.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to coach managers and partner with leaders to navigate employee relations and performance.

Responsibilities

Hire: collaborate on hiring strategy, interview calibration, and staffing across markets.
Develop: coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and leadership development.
Retain: lead employee relations, identify turnover trends, and improve retention.
Protect: advise on policies, compliance, and risk across markets.
