Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support field operations across a division. The role partners with senior leaders, practice management, doctors, and operational leaders to provide trusted HR guidance and drive employee relations excellence.

You will coach leaders, conduct investigations, manage performance processes, and interpret policies to mitigate risk while aligning with legal requirements. Occasional travel to practices within the division is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and manager consultation.
• Experience supporting investigations, performance management, discipline, policy interpretation, and risk assessment.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for dental practices within an assigned division, building relationships with senior leaders and practice managers.
• Provide timely guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, attendance, conduct, and policy application.
