Job summary

Blank Street is seeking a People Operations Partner, Field, to act as a trusted advisor to field leaders in a fast-paced, multi-market beverage environment. You will support frontline, hourly teams across stores, drive onboarding, policy adherence, and employee relations while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Operations for hiring planning.

The role requires regular in-person presence in Brooklyn, NY, with travel across markets, and reports to the HRBP Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or People Ops experience with frontline, hourly, or field-based teams.
• Experience navigating employee relations with sound judgment.
• Ability to coach managers and partner with leaders across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and Google Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to plan hiring across markets.
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, and employee experience across stores.
• Lead employee relations matters end-to-end with documentation and fairness.
• Identify trends in turnover, engagement, and performance to inform actions.
• Travel frequently to stores and markets to support field leaders.
