Job summary

A technology services leader is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist in Grand Forks, ND. This role involves technical troubleshooting for desktops and laptops and customer support for designated equipment. Ideal candidates should have a technical school certification and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing service calls, meeting customer satisfaction metrics, and reporting activities accurately. A valid driver's license and basic repair tool kit are required. Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within established service level agreements.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
