Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform troubleshooting and repair across desktop and laptop systems. The role involves direct interaction with clients, on-site visits, and adhering to service level agreements for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications include technical school certification and 0-2 years of relevant experience, plus OEM certifications. Must be able to travel to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs with a basic repair toolkit.

Qualifications

• Maintains OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Strong communication with clients about technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow established policies for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control through prompt parts turnaround.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand and follow safety policies daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
