Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is a global leader delivering technology services and solutions. The Dynamic PC Support role performs basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, interacting directly with clients to address issues and respond timely and accurately.

The position requires technical certification or equivalent, basic software/hardware knowledge, and willingness to travel to client sites, including long distances and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks per policies and guidelines.
• Report all calls in real time per policies.
• Follow policies and documents for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines daily.
• Additional duties may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties to meet business needs.
