Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is a global leader in delivering technology services and solutions. The Dynamic PC Support role performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, with potential Desk Side support as needed.

You will provide customer support for designated equipment, drive to client sites, and ensure timely service calls within SLAs. You will communicate clearly with clients, complete administrative tasks, and maintain safety guidelines while staying compliant

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions in a professional manner.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and documents related to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand Safety policies and work within guidelines daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
