Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus hardware technology training; College preferred.
• Onsite customer facing experience.
• Availability to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for PC/Printer field break/fix onsite in Johnson City, TN.
• Configure hardware/software and simple network components; perform repairs and work with escalation personnel.
• Manage multiple service events and educate customers on technology and solutions.
