Rosendin is seeking a Manager, Field Payroll to lead payroll for crafts across diverse projects. You will ensure accurate, timely wages, compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements, and partner with project teams to drive smooth payroll operations nationwide.

Lead a team of Field Payroll Specialists, optimize timekeeping integration with Workday, and manage audits and payroll reporting. A strong leader with strategic process improvements will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or large-scale payroll software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex payroll issues.
• Proven leadership of a payroll team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field payroll processing across projects and locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and union rules.
• Oversee integration of timekeeping with Workday and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with PMs, Superintendents, HR, and Project Controls on staffing and cost coding.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits as needed.
• Recommend payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and compliance, including certified payroll.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and union contracts relevant to construction.
