Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Field Payroll, based in Austin, TX. You will lead a team handling the accurate, timely payment of wages for skilled craftspeople across diverse electrical projects nationwide.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and union agreements while optimizing timekeeping integration with Workday. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to improve payroll processes and controls.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and develop Field Payroll Specialists across multiple sites.
• Oversee end-to-end field payroll processing with multi-state and multi-union considerations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Integrate timekeeping data with Workday and audit payroll data for accuracy.
• Produce payroll reports for management and compliance purposes.
