Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Fusion Oracle and Workday preferred.
• Union experience within the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team handling complex multi-state/union activities.
• Monitor workloads and prioritize team assignments.
• Train subordinates and conduct performance reviews.
• Serve as resource/mentor for payroll staff and related teams.
• Process, audit and review timekeeping, payroll and benefit setups.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and union contracts.
• Assist in testing payroll applications and resolve issues.
