Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to advance REMS enrollment, access readiness, and reimbursement education. You will support sites with patient logistics and strengthen cross-functional relationships across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

This field-based role, location-flexible within California, requires at least 3 years in pharma/biotech patient access and a strong focus on compliant, non-promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement processes, and specialty programs
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrollment processes
• Support site access workflows and strengthen stakeholder relationships
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorizations
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care teams on referrals and handoffs
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting access priorities
