Job summary

Compass Pathways plc in the United States is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to execute our patient engagement strategy at the site level. You will support REMS certification, strengthen site access readiness, and provide compliant coverage and reimbursement education to healthcare stakeholders.

This field-based role is Raleigh or Durham-based, reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access, and involves cross-functional collaboration, CRM documentation, and proactive guidance to sites

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of access and reimbursement processes and specialty pharmacy programs.
• Experience enabling patient journeys from referral to treatment initiation.
• Ability to partner with treatment sites to assess needs and workflows.
• Strong planning, organization, and execution with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorizations.
• Explain case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers via buy-and-bill, HUB, and other pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements and distribution partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
