Job summary

Compass Pathways plc in the US seeks a Field Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute patient access strategies at the site level, supporting REMS certification, access readiness, and education on reimbursement for healthcare stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem in pharma/biotech.
• Access & reimbursement expertise across coverage, prior authorizations, appeals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and approvals.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers through approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate on referrals and handoffs regarding site readiness and account discussions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid promotional activities.
