Compass Pathways plc seeks a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and reimbursement education. You will work with healthcare stakeholders to streamline patient access and coordinate logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution networks.

The role requires at least 3 years in field reimbursement or patient access, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel ~50% while residing near the territory in Kansas City, MO.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech or healthcare.
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within assigned geography and reside within 25 miles of territory.

Responsabilidades

• Support REMS certification and enrolment for sites, including operational requirements.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and benefit verifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers through approved pathways (buy-and-bill, HUB, etc.).
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care Leads on referrals and account readiness.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and account activity records.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site access priorities.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
