Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Senior Patient Access Liaison (Sr. PAL) to execute field patient access strategies, support REMS certification, and educate healthcare stakeholders on coverage and access processes. This role focuses on strengthening site readiness and improving patient access across REMS and related networks.

The Sr. PAL will travel within the Central U.S. territory, mentor PAL colleagues, and collaborate with regional leadership to translate access strategy into field

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes to site personnel.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients, including privacy considerations and reimbursements.
• Identify and address case-level access barriers via approved support pathways (buy-and-bill, HUB, specialty pharmacy).
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness and accounts.
• Coach PAL colleagues and share field insights for process improvements.
• Lead regional projects to optimize patient access execution and field tools.
• Maintain compliant documentation of activities in CRM for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting site priorities and patient access opportunities.
