Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on reimbursement for healthcare stakeholders. This field role covers the Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI area and reports to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access.

The PAL will reinforce patient access strategies, collaborate with matrix teams, maintain CRM records, and drive operational readiness across REMS and distribution networks. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting access and reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, and coverage and prior authorizations.
• Experience enabling patient progression from referral to treatment initiation by removing barriers.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities for sites.
• Assist site access readiness and strengthen relationships with accounts and stakeholders.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement processes to site personnel.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved support pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, and distribution partners.
• Coordinate referrals and handoffs regarding site readiness and account discussions.
• Maintain compliant, timely CRM documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans reflecting priorities and readiness.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries; avoid promotional activities.
