Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and compliant reimbursement education for healthcare stakeholders across REMS, HUB and specialty pharmacy networks.

This field role requires strong collaboration with Sales and Site of Care teams, travel up to 50%, and a valid driver’s license to optimize patient access and treatment logistics in the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and supporting access programs.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities for sites.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide reimbursement education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorization.
• Educate on case management processes including compliant handling of patient data.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers across approved pathways.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS requirements.
