Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to own and grow strategic partner relationships. You will drive joint pipeline, co-sell motions, and mutual customer success with NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and technology partners.

You'll work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to align partner initiatives with company priorities and deliver measurable outcomes across GTM and ecosystem programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner management, alliances, or business development in cloud/infra software.
• Proven track record driving partner-influenced revenue and co-sell motions.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships with hyperscalers or major tech partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field liaison for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Develop and manage joint business plans with co-sell targets.
• Lead enablement sessions and create joint solution plays.
• Track and report partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
