Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a packaging B2B environment.
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrate ability to understand customer needs and provide value-driven solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-driven with good time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the territory by building relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships through regular communication and onsite visits.
• Evaluate customer packaging needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Develop account strategies for retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation by market trends and competitive activity.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and meetings across multiple locations weekly.
• Attend industry events and customer meetings to support growth.
• May lead coordination among internal teams supporting key accounts.
