Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of ready mix concrete, sand and gravel, block products, and light construction equipment.
• Ability to obtain state certification for materials testing within one year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages customer relationships within assigned territories to drive revenue growth.
• Prospecting, quoting, order management, and post-sale service for ready mix products.
• Maintains accurate daily sales activity reports and customer profiles.
• Travels within territory to meet customers and attend events as needed.
