Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of ready mix concrete and related products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to obtain state certification for materials testing within one year of hire.
• Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes territory itineraries to maintain contact with customers and key decision-makers.
• Monitors leads and construction activity; participates in major bid openings as required.
• Prepares accurate quotes using pricing matrix; communicates product quality and service capabilities.
• Places customer orders and monitors scheduling, quality, and delivery to meet commitments.
• Investigates customer complaints and coordinates with Billing and Credit Departments for resolution.
• Represents Chaney Enterprises at trade fairs and community events to promote brand awareness.
• Submits daily sales activity, mileage, and customer profile reports on time.
• Prepares periodic business outlooks for assigned territories to guide sales planning.
• Coordinates with Operations, Dispatchers, and Tech Services to support service responses and issue resolution.
