Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer orders via phone for concrete and related products.
• Enter orders into dispatch systems accurately to prevent errors.
• Confirm order details with customers: quantities, delivery windows, addresses.
• Educate customers on products and self-service resources.
• Process COD orders with correct quotations and payments.
• Monitor dashboards and escalate delivery or service issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with documented records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant staff for on-time deliveries.
• Notify safety or operations teams of accidents or hazards.
