Job summary

Onepowerconsulting is seeking an Outside Sales professional based in Ohio to drive business growth. You will acquire new customers, maintain relationships, visit customer sites, and coordinate with suppliers.

You will analyze costs and benefits, perform cold calls, and learn our product line to meet territory targets. Ideal candidates are organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and can communicate in English and Japanese as order forms are in Japanese.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong foundational skills in sales and customer support.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor and teamwork ability.
• Some level of Japanese is required as order forms will be in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers to grow sales of distributed tools.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites and facilitate meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and cold-call leads to generate pipeline.
• Learn products, track territory sales metrics, and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
