Vermeer All Roads in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hunter-minded Outside Equipment Sales Rep to sell Core/Compact equipment (mini skids, chippers, trenchers). This hands-on role tow and shows—haul demo units and run on-site demonstrations at customer locations to showcase capabilities, build relationships, and grow market share.

Responsibilities include prospecting, owning the full sales cycle, loading and operating equipment for demos, and selling/ renting compact lines while tracking the pipeline

Qualifications

• Prospecting and closing new business within assigned territory.
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline.
• Ability to load and operate demo equipment for customer showcases.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and manage territory activity.
• Own full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, close.
• Load, transport, and operate compact equipment for demos.
• Sell/rent new/used compact lines: brush chippers, stump cutters, mini skid steers, trenchers, attachments.
• Identify customer needs and monitor market conditions and pricing.
• Track pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accounts.
• Travel daily to customer sites and provide pre/post-sale support.
