Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing product knowledge.
• Lead store-wide plans and coordinate staffing, merchandising, and priorities within budgets.
• Communicate goals and assign workload to maximize efficiency while meeting payroll and financial targets.
• Build and develop a strong team through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and ensure compliance with policies.
