The role collaborates with multiple departments to resolve issues and optimize logistics for events and daily operations. The position requires at least an associate degree or equivalent mix of education and experience, with 2+ years in leadership and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience leading a diverse team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise yard activities and technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups and deliveries for routing efficiency.
• Analyze operational metrics and report on performance (routing, labor, fuel, etc.).
• Maintain staffing levels to meet and exceed customer/branch needs.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance across fleet operations.
