United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard and transportation operations, supervise drivers and technicians, and drive routing efficiency. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery and effective asset management.

The position emphasizes safety, staffing, and performance reviews, with a focus on meeting customer and branch needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• DOT compliance, fleet management, and routing experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in a related field and/or training.
• Two years of leadership experience leading a diverse team.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communications skills.
• Decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities for the yard; supervise Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries for routing efficiency.
• Analyze and report on routing efficiency, labor, fuel, and service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure clear division-wide communication.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yard operations.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer and branch needs.
• Assist with logistics for special events and asset service.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and approve time entries and time-off requests.
• Oversee fleet DOT administration and record maintenance.
• Administer the safety program for drivers; coordinate safety training.
• Oversee employee development and performance reviews.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
