United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard operations, supervise technicians, and drive routing efficiency. You will coordinate deliveries, pickups, and asset services while working cross-functionally to ensure reliable service for customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, safety training, and performance reviews to support project timelines and event success across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise yard activities and technicians.
• Coordinate routes with Routers and Operations Coordinator for efficient pickups/deliveries.
• Analyze routing efficiency, labor, overtime, fuel, and customer care metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth division communications.
• Coordinate asset transfers with yard supervisors as needed.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer/branch needs.
• Assist with logistics for special events and asset service.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Oversee DOT administration and driver safety programs.
• Conduct employee development and performance reviews.
