Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities for the yard. Supervises all Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pick-ups, and deliveries to ensure routing efficiency.
• Analyze and report on operational activities (routing, labor, fuel, customer care).
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service and other issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yard Supervisors when needed.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer and branch needs.
• Assist Operations Manager with logistics for events and special projects.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and payroll readiness.
• Review time punches and time-off requests for scheduling.
