Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead field operations for electric distribution and transmission projects in Western CT. You will ensure safety, coordinate contractor crews, and align resources with project schedules while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include managing budget, timekeeping, and relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including municipalities and utilities. Travel within MA/CT/NH may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Five to ten years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License; DOT Driver’s License preferred.
• Qualified Lineman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources for safe, efficient outcomes.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with unions and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
• Plan pre-construction reviews and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budget and accurately document time, expenses and materials.
• Support storm duty and on-call rotations as required.
