Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a leadership role to oversee the safe execution of field operations in western Connecticut. You will coordinate with departments, manage contractor workforces, and ensure schedules align with budgets. The role emphasizes safety culture and customer-focused restoration.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in electric distribution, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. Travel between MA/CT/NH and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Prioritize work and manage resources for safe operation.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Apply local union contracts and resolve grievances promptly.
• Participate in pre-construction reviews and coordinate with utilities/contractors.
• Ensure work stays within budget and document records accurately.
• Serve as liaison with Customer Care and other departments.
• Fulfills storm duty and on-call rotation as required.
