Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior role to lead the safe execution of field operations and manage large capital projects in Western Connecticut. This position involves coordination with multiple departments, contractors, and municipalities to ensure on-time completion within budget.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of electric distribution experience, strong safety culture, and supervisory capabilities. Travel across CT may be required, with on-call assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT Driver’s License preferred.
• Qualified Lineman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and ensure safe execution of field activities.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources safely.
• Conduct performance reviews per bargaining unit contract.
• Coordinate with unions and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
• Prepare schedules, time, expense and material records accurately and on time.
• Liaise with Customer Care, Engineering, Warehousing/Transportation, and Stations Operations.
